It’s almost been a month since I flew to Portugal with my mom, and I am happy to say that all the postcards I sent out to friends made it to their destination !! (something which failed to happen when I last travelled to Italy…). Unfortunately, I couldn’t always write to everyone and hope to make it up with those film photographs from my stay in the small town (village ?) of Ferragudo.
Do not worry: I ate many a pasteis de Nata, and butchered much of the Portuguese language.
Funny facts about Ferragudo:
-street cats are very affectionate and are just waiting around in the street for you to pet them, they’ll come for you if you don’t
-ties are hung between houses on the main street
-the delicious Vino Verde is sold at 3.50€
